Moderate Assistance
Cost: $2,200 – $2,400

Level II
Enhanced Assistance
Cost: $2,450 – $2,800

1. All Level I Services Included
    
   
2. Moderate Physical Assistance with Dressing
    
   
3. Physical Assistance with Showering Every Day or at Least Three Times per Week
    
   
4. Physical Assistance with Management of Occasional Incontinence

Level III
Extended Assistance
Cost: $2800 and Up

1. All Level I and II Services Included
    
   
2. Physical Assistance with Showering, Dressing and Grooming
    
   
3. Frequent Care for Incontinence, Including Additional Housekeeping and Laundry  Service
    
   
4. Nighttime Safety Checks As Needed
